نامه اتحادیه آزاد کارگران ایران به نخست وزیر و دادستانی ترکیه در باره محاکمه کارگران سندیکای TÜMTIS در این کشور(همراه با متن انگلیسی) از: اتحادیه آزد کارگران ایران - 30 می 2008 به: جناب رجب طیب اردوغان نخست وزیر جمهوری ترکیه فاکس: 0090 312 417 04 76 دادستانی کل ترکیه فاکس: 0090-312 714 7113 موضوع: محاکمه فعالین سندیکای TÜMTIS در آنکارا اتحادیه آزاد کارگران ایران مطلع شده است فعالین سندیکای کارگران حمل و نقل ترکیه TÜMTIS قرار است روز 6 جون 2008 به جرم ایجاد تشکل کارگری و اخلال در محیط کار و نا آرامی مورد محاکمه قرار بگیرند. همچنین مطلع شدیم که علاوه بر این، فعالین سایر تشکلهای کارگری در کشور شما از طریق بازداشت و زندانی شدن مورد آزار و اذیت قرار می گیرند و در اول ماه مه امسال کارگران برگزار کننده مراسم، مورد هجوم پلیس واقع شده اند. ما کارگران عضو اتحادیه آزاد کارگران ایران ضمن اعلام همبستگی با سندیکای کارگران حمل و نقل ترکیه و تمامی تشکلهای کارگری در کشور متبوع شما، محاکمه فعالین سندیکای کارگران حمل و نقل ترکیه در روز 6 جون و تهاجم به مراسم اول ماه مه و همچنین بازداشت و زندانی کردن فعالین سایر تشکلهای کارگری در ترکیه را محکوم نموده و توجه شما را به قوانین بین المللی برسمیت شناخته شده در رابطه با حقوق پایه ای کارگران و حقوق مسلم و غیر قابل انکار آنان برای مبارزه جهت دست یابی به یک زندگی انسانی جلب میکنیم و مصرانه از شما میخواهیم تا فورا و بدون قید و شرط محاکمه فعالین سندیکای کارگران حمل و نقل ترکیه را متوقف و به تعقیب قضایی و آزار و اذیت تمامی فعالین تشکلهای کارگری در کشور خود پایان دهید. با احترام اتحادیه آزاد کارگران ایران k.ekhragi@gmail.com فاکس: 02144514795 رونوشت به: کمپین برای آزادی کارگران زندانی در ترکیه- سندیکای کارگران حمل و ترکیه TÜMTIS وسندیکای NGG آلمان
From: Iranian Free Workers Union - 30 may 2008 To Prime Minister The Turkish Republic Basbakan Recep Tayyip Erdogan FAX: 0090 312 417 04 76 Turkish Ministry of Justice Fax : 0090-312 714 7113 Trail of TUMTIS Activists Sir, It has come to our notice that some members of the Turkish transport syndicate, the TUMTIS, have been charged for organising workers and disruption in the work place and they face a trial on the 6th of June 2008. We are also aware that, there are members of other workers' organisations who have been arrested, persecuted and jailed, we have heard of police brutally , attacks on a peaceful workers' demonstration on First of May 2008, the International workers' day when many workers were injured and arrested in your country. We the members of Iranian Free Workers Union, in solidarity with members of Transport Syndicate and other workers' organisations in your country, condemn the trial of Transport Syndicate’s members on 6Th June, the police attack on First May rally and the subsequent arrest and imprisonment of worker activists in Turkey. We would like to bring to your attention aspects of International law which guarantee the basic and undeniable rights of workers in their struggle for achieving a better, acceptable and dignified living standard and therefore we request you use your good office, to immediately and unconditionally drop the charges against TUMTIS activists and stop the persecution and harassment of other worker activists.
